JUSTIN DYE, Owner
Justin Dye has been involved in childcare since 1995. Mr. Dye is an Arizona native and truly understands the need for education reform in our state. He began his career in childcare working in an after school program, he quickly realized that the students were missing “something”, he felt as if there was more he could offer the students. He served as a second grade teacher at La Paloma Academy; from there he moved into the administration side of Charter Schools serving as the Title I Coordinator, After School Director, and Vice Principal. After serving three years as Vice Principal of La Paloma in Tucson, Mr. Dye decided to try the Phoenix area. In 2012 Mr. Dye became Principal of Heritage Elementary. His goal is to educate every student in his school as he promotes lifelong learning to these young minds. He also stresses the importance of teaching character values on a daily basis.
Mr. Dye realizes that the foundation for educational success starts before a student even reaches the age one. This led him to start Preschool S.U.C.C.E.S.S. LLC. The first five years are critical; studies have shown that these years are crucial for a student’s future success in the education setting. A child’s mind is like a sponge during these years. Preschool S.U.C.C.E.S.S. LLC is funded on the premise that by getting these students ready for school early, success will become inevitable.
Justin graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Several years later he received his Masters Degree from Grand Canyon University in Education Administration. He acquired his Principals Certificate in 2010.
“I am so blessed to be a part of such a wonderful family here at Heritage Elementary. With the quality of our parents, students and staff; our success is inevitable!”
